About World Encompass

World Encompass was founded to bridge the gap between passionate believers and faithful local ministries around the world. Our heart is to make it easy for people and churches to learn, pray, give, and partner in what God is doing through trusted ministries in every nation.

We believe the local Church is God’s primary instrument for change. When we stand together, the Gospel goes further, communities are transformed, and His Kingdom advances.

The Need

Across the globe, many faithful local ministries are changing lives but remain unseen and under-supported.

At the same time, many believers want to engage in global missions but don’t know where to begin or how to make a meaningful and lasting impact.

The Solution

World Encompass connects believers with trusted local in-country ministries through education, prayer, storytelling, partnership, and support.

OUR APPROACH

Week 1

Ministry Spotlight

Week 1 begins by spotlighting a trusted local in-country ministry serving within the featured nation. During this week, World Encompass introduces supporters to who the ministry serves, how it began, its current programs and outreach efforts, and the specific needs or opportunities before them. Through ministry stories and examples of impact, supporters are invited to see how God is already working through faithful local leaders and begin praying for, learning about, and connecting with the ministry’s work.

Week 2

Discover the Nation

In Week 2, supporters are introduced to the featured nation by learning about its geography, population, history, government, major religions, current challenges, and the state of Christianity within the country. This week provides important context for understanding the nation more clearly and helps supporters see both the needs and opportunities present there. By gaining a broader picture of the country, believers are better prepared to pray thoughtfully, engage meaningfully, and understand the ministry work being done within that nation.

Week 3

Meet the People

In Week 3, supporters are invited to look beyond statistics and see the real people who call the featured nation home. This week highlights daily life, family and community structures, education, employment, personal stories, testimonies, joys, and challenges. By learning about the people of the nation in a more personal way, supporters gain deeper compassion and understanding, helping them pray more intentionally and connect more meaningfully with the ministry serving there.

Week 4

Pray, Support and Engage

In Week 4, supporters are invited to move from awareness to action by responding in practical ways to what they have learned throughout the month. This week focuses on intentional prayer for the featured country, ministry, leaders, and communities, while also providing opportunities to support the ministry, share its story, and explore ongoing partnership. The goal is to help believers take meaningful next steps as they engage with God’s work among the nations.

    Prayer is one of the most meaningful ways to take part in God’s work around the world. By praying for each featured country, ministry, leader, and community, you help support the work being done on the ground and join with believers in asking God to provide wisdom, protection, open doors, and lasting Kingdom impact.

    Learning helps believers grow in awareness, compassion, and understanding of God’s work around the world. By following each monthly country feature, exploring ministry stories, and discovering the needs and opportunities within each nation, you can become more informed and better equipped to pray, share, and engage in meaningful ways.

    Sharing helps amplify the stories of faithful local ministries that may otherwise go unseen. By passing along World Encompass content, ministry updates, prayer needs, and country features, you can help others discover what God is doing around the world and invite more believers to pray, learn, and engage.
